The Aisle Guide Email Newsletter
There was an endless supply of stunning photos from the weddings & events our Aisle Planner users were creating. As part of exposing their work to consumers through The Aisle Guide, I created a 2 newsletters that would alternate every other week.
One was the Inspiration Edit which showcased real weddings & styled shoots for those seeking inspiration for their own weddings. The other was the Weekly Edit which linked to our blog that also had endless tips, tricks, and trends for those looking to planning their wedding. Sometimes they were themed by color palette, trends, or tips that belonged under the same umbrella.
This was one of my favorite parts of the job every week because it allowed me to be creative by choosing the different themes,
eye-catching subject lines, browse through our gorgeous galleries, and most of all, reap results week after week!
Subject Line: Loving you was R E D ❤️

This newsletter was one of our highest performing emails that was sent out. It was released in November 2021 when Taylor re-released her Red album. I knew our demographic had to be fans and that it would strike a chord with them. My boss was unsure at first but it proved to be successful and everyone loved it! It had a 90% open rate which was rare for the brand at the time.
Subject Line: Weekly Edit: Engagement Season Edition 💍✨
Preview Text: Tips & tricks on how to navigate this exciting time in your life.
This newsletter was released right around engagement season. I had been working on a national "Just Said Yes" giveaway with well-known brands in the wedding industry, so I theme was 'engagement' and linked to blog posts that had useful tips. The bottom had a callout for the giveaway which directed them to the landing page with details on the prizes.

The Aisle Guide Sweepstakes & Launch Party
To the left you'll find the email blast that was initially sent out when we launched the 'Just Said Yes' giveaway. It linked to our landing page, as well as the corresponding social media post which gave the users an extra chance to win. On the right you'll find the e-vite that was sent out to our initial guest list that provided details on the bespoke wedding event!

Temecula Creek Inn
At Temecula Creek Inn, we used Navis CRM which is a hotel CRM & email marketing platform. Using this allowed us to separate our audiences between our various sectors: Golf, Wedding & Events, Hotel, and On-site Restaurant. Below are some samples of different campaigns that we ran and the one on the right 'A Romantic Treat for Two' was my idea and at the time was the highest performing promotion. It sold out within two weeks and made us quite busy on Valentine's Day weekend!
