This add was printed in the 2021-2022 edition of the Visit Temecula Valley travel guide. As the marketing manager for Temecula Creek Inn, I oversaw the process of buying ads, managing the ad budget, creating the copy, as well as choosing the images.

KFRG Radio Ad Scripts
Part of my role at Temecula Creek Inn was creating the radio ads that would play on our local radio station. Since most of our demographic still actively listened to our local stations, getting the word out in a short and sweet 15 second audio read proved to be successful for our clientele. These were rolled out once our hotel re-opened after the pandemic!

Due to the pandemic, not all of our potential couples felt comfortable with touring the two popular venues. We partnered with one of our local photographer and videographer duos to create a video site tour for our clients. This is the script that you hear in the voiceover that plays in both videos!

Located in the heart of Southern California wine country, prepare to be charmed by 300 acres of natural scenery, spacious suites, farm-to-table food, and picturesque golf course views. Your wedding weekend awaits! Allow us to take you on a personalized journey through our 2 gorgeous outdoor wedding venues.
The Meadows:
Nestled amongst the eucalyptus, oak, and magnolia trees, the meadows offers an intimate garden-style setting for one of life’s most important celebrations. Your perfectly personalized wedding will be enjoyed by your guests amongst our manicured garden and outdoor lounge.

The Meadows venue includes 5 hours of event time, with 10pm being the latest hour, and can host up to 150 guests. The ceremony lawn provides an existing arch for your I do’s and can be transformed and personalized to fit your vision. We will assist in providing a catering guide of an all-inclusive list of our venue provisions. From welcome tables, dining tables, chairs for both ceremony and dinner reception, table linens, rustic wine-barrel cocktail tables, and heat lamps, we want to help ensure your special day is personalized to perfection.
Our culinary extraordinaires have crafted an extensive catering menu with offerings from local and regional purveyors. Dine among the trees, under the glow of the market lights, and indulge in your hand-picked hors d’oeuvres, buffet, or plated dinner.
You and your guests will dance the night away under the gleam of the stars, cozy up to our gel-burning fire pits in the open-air lounge, relax in our swinging chairs under the pergola, or enjoy one of your hand-crafted signature cocktails while playing a lawn game. Once your magical night has come to an end, your guests are all just steps away from the resort and all of its amenities.
The Stone House:
A venue like no other, our Stone House captures the essence of history and magic. Secluded amongst our ancient oak trees, an over 200-year-old Quarry Home rests and has become home to our most iconic wedding venue.
Your guests will be transported to the venue aboard our multi-passenger open-air trams, located 1-mile onto our golf course. For the convenience of your guests, the shuttle pick-up area is just steps from the hotel lobby. Shuttling will begin to run one hour prior to your ceremony and will continuously run throughout the night should your guests need to return to the hotel at any time.
The Stone House venue package includes 6 hours of event time and can end as late as midnight while hosting up to 280 guests. As your guests arrive at the venue, they will be greeted by the charm of the lanterns hanging whimsically in our giant Oak trees, all while crossing the babbling brook to reach their seats at your breathtaking ceremony site.

Your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner reception will all take place here. Your Temecula Creek Inn Catering Manager will assist you in designing your specially selected wedding set with everything our venue provides. A list of preferred vendors will be provided for you, as we encourage you to personalize our venue with your hand-picked wedding professionals from florals to specialty rentals.
The Stone House itself provides a unique extension for your reception. Inside, you may want us to provide the perfect quiet, intimate spot to sit and enjoy the complimentary coffee or tea by the fireplace. You may even decide to have your buffet dinner set inside, or perhaps even transform the space completely with a photo booth for your guests to capture the magic of their memories. The choice is truly yours!
Share the joy of your nuptials under the oak canopies with your signature cocktail served from our rustic on-site bar. Immerse yourself in the magic of the bistro lights and tree lanterns while indulging in your personalized dinner selections. Settle in the night before your wedding in one of our included premium king-bedded oversized guest rooms, calming your butterflies as you get ready for the big day. A ceremony rehearsal will be scheduled with you and your wedding party, led by your Day-of wedding Coordinator, to prepare you for your wedding day. Alongside your personally hired wedding professionals, our experienced Banquet team will bring together the most memorable evening for you and your guests.
